The App is intended solely for our existing clients located in the United States. It is not intended for use by the general public.

Files that you upload. - Aircraft flight log information.
- Aircraft passenger information.
- Communications you send through the App.
- Information necessary to authenticate your access to the App.
The App may also collect limited technical information necessary for operation, such as device type, operating system version, and application diagnostic information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide solely to:
- Provide legal and tax services to you.
- Communicate with you regarding your legal matters.
- Review documents and information you submit.
- Maintain and improve the security and reliability of the App.

We do not sell or rent your information. We may share information only:
- with our who are working on your legal and tax matters;
- with trusted service providers who assist us in operating the App or providing our services, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations;
- when required by law, court order, or applicable legal process; or
- when otherwise authorized by you.
Data Security
We employ reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information submitted through the App against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Although we use commercially reasonable security measures, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Data Retention
Information submitted through the App is retained as part of our client records, as this is necessary to provide our services, comply with legal and ethical obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with our agreements. As a user of the App, you will input information pertaining to one or more aircraft (either yours or one you provide services for). We will use this information to prepare regulatory filings/calculations. You may delete your App account (preventing further login), but the data will be retained, as it will be needed to substantiate our work in case of audit.
Children’s Privacy
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
You may contact us at any time to:
- request access to your personal information;
- request correction of inaccurate information;
- request deletion of information where permitted by applicable law and our professional obligations; or
- ask questions regarding our privacy practices.
Certain information may be retained where required by law or by our ethical obligations as attorneys.
United States Only
The App is intended for use only by clients located in the United States. Information submitted through the App is processed and stored in the United States.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will become effective upon posting the revised Privacy Policy within the App or on our website.
