States are under pressure to raise income and they are aggressively pursuing any source that falls within its Nexus.  This video presents the various types of state aircraft taxes, i.e., sales, use, property, etc.  Also discussed are strategies that can be used to legally reduce or eliminate sales/use taxes that might otherwise be applicable.
